Brushing mistakes
In this article are presented few steps that can help you to avoid brushing mistakes. If you avoid brushing mistakes, you can improve your oral health.

The first step is choosing the right toothbrush. Pick one that fits the size and shape of your mouth with bristles that aren’t too stiff or too soft. The brush should be sturdy enough to remove plaque without rubbing your gums and enamel.

You should brush for at least 2 minutes twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. Brushing too often or too hard can erode gums and tooth enamel. So brushing gently for at least 2 minutes twice a day is the way to go.

You can use a timer to be sure that you brush for 2 minutes.

Mix it up by beginning your brushing in a different section of your mouth each time you start. This helps ensure that each tooth gets “to spend time” with the toothbrush.

Finally, take care of your toothbrush Make sure you rinse it thoroughly after each use, and put it in a place where it can air-dry easily.

You should replace it with a new toothbrush about every 3 to 4 months.
